LAK "Living for All Kitchen" – Interview to Pietro Felice Fanizza

LAK is an industrial research and experimental development project co-funded by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region (POR FESR 2007-2013) and promoted by a group of companies and regional research centers led by Snaidero Rino Spa. The aim of the project is to integrate new home automation technologies and innovative remote services within the kitchen-environment to improve the quality of life of people, especially older ones and those with mild cognitive disabilities in terms of safety, comfort and energy savings.
