From 14 to 17 October 2025, Pordenone will host the sixteenth edition of SICAM, an event that has become an established annual benchmark for discovering the latest product innovations and industry trends. This event stands out for its focus on the product itself and will host around 700 exhibitors this year.

To celebrate its 16th edition, SICAM has launched a new app developed by MEDIASTUDIO, available for both iOS and Android devices. The app has undergone a graphic restyling to improve its usability and is updated with essential information about the event.

The app offers detailed maps of each pavilion, information sheets on exhibitors and their product sectors, as well as tools dedicated to exhibitors, such as the ability to record visits by scanning the QR CODE on their entry badge, and for visitors, the ability to create an agenda with all their appointments.

What's new in the new SICAM app

This year's brand new feature is the ability for SICAM staff to record all requests for assistance from exhibitors, such as requests for set-up, furnishings, electrical or any other problems, all directly from the app or the dedicated portal.

All management is coordinated through the CRM used by SICAM, which, via a dashboard, is able to monitor all requests for assistance, any reminders and their management in real time.
In addition, the CRM automatically monitors waiting times, sending push notifications and reminders to update operators on the status of each request.

Another new feature of the app is the ability to send real-time communications, via push notifications, both from the app and from CRM, to staff, teams and exhibitors. For the latter, it is also possible to limit communication to specific pavilions.

This edition also sees the return of “Enjoy Pordenone with SICAM”, a series of side events open to the public, which will take place throughout the city. A packed calendar of cultural events, performances, music and food and wine tastings will allow visitors to discover and sample local delicacies, involving exhibitors, visitors, citizens and families alike.
