The new version of the Pordenone Fiere app has been released

On the occasion of SAMUEXPO 2026, the event scheduled from 5 to 7 February at the Pordenone Exhibition Centre, the new version of the Pordenone Fiere app has been released. This release introduces smart features designed to simplify stand management, optimise technical support and facilitate visitor tracking, making the exhibition experience more efficient for exhibitors, staff and set-up teams.

• OPENING AN ASSISTANCE REPORT

Exhibitors can log in with the credentials provided by Pordenone Fiere to open a request directly for their stand. Fair staff can do the same from the app or control panel on behalf of an exhibitor, while the authorised stand construction team can open a request on behalf of an exhibitor.

• ASSIGNING ASSISTANCE REPORTS

Fair staff can assign a report to a team of stand builders from either the app or the control panel, while a team of stand builders, if authorised, can assign a report to another team of stand builders.

• REJECT ASSISTANCE REQUEST

If a team is overloaded, it can reject the request, giving reasons for its decision, and forward it to the staff for a new assignee.

• CLOSING ASSISTANCE REQUESTS

Once the work is complete, the team or exhibition staff marks the request as resolved.

For each phase – opening, assignment or closure – the app sends immediate push notifications to exhibitors and teams, ensuring real-time updates and reducing waiting times.
