Alea inaugurates its new showroom in Milan with the event A Touch of Green (by JME EVENTS)
ALEA inaugurated its new showroom in Milan, which will host the new Alea and m | artedesign collections, with an exclusive event: A TOUCH OF GREEN. For this important occasion, the management of invitations and accreditations was entrusted entirely to JME EVENTS, the all-in-one platform developed by MEDIASTUDIO, which provided fundamental support for the organization and running of the evening.
JME EVENTS enabled the Alea team to coordinate every stage of the event with extreme ease and precision. From the multilingual creation of the invitation, to the personalized mailing to each participant with the option of indicating the number of accompanying guests, right through to the welcome on site. Thanks to the digital system, each guest was able to present a QR code directly on their digital Wallet, making entry immediate and secure.
Upon arrival, reception staff used the JME EVENTS app to quickly register attendees, consult the list of arrivals in real time, and communicate instantly with the entire ALEA staff via internal notifications. This efficient communication also allowed scheduled alerts to be sent to signal the arrival of special guests, further simplifying the organization's work.
During the event, the platform provided detailed real-time reports and final statistics with graphical and tabular projections on actual participants and those still missing. At the end, all participants automatically received a thank-you message, making the experience complete and engaging.
These features optimized every stage of the event, eliminating misunderstandings and keeping constant control over the flow of arrivals and the number of guests, which are essential elements for the success of an event.
