The new Pordenone Fiere App has been released
On 9 September, at PAFF (Palazzo Arti Fumetto Friuli), Pordenone Fiere presented important innovations designed to improve the experience for visitors and exhibitors and to strengthen ties with the local community. During the event, President Renato Pujatti illustrated various projects to make the organisation more inclusive and accessible, confirming it as a benchmark in the trade fair sector.
One of the main novelties is the launch of the new website, characterised by a modern design that is also accessible to people with disabilities. Measures taken to improve digital accessibility include alternative content in audio and visual format, easy-to-read colour schemes and simplified navigation for voice-controlled devices. These updates represent a significant step towards a more inclusive experience for all users.
Another important new feature, in order to offer a complete and innovative digital experience and facilitate access to all the resources needed to best participate in each trade fair, the new Pordenone Fiere App was presented and officially released on 16 December (copyright and developed by MEDIASTUDIO). This application is designed to improve the operations and needs of every exhibitor, providing content and services in a quick and intuitive way, as well as allowing easy access to all information about events, fairs and exhibitions on the calendar.
In addition, it allows trade fair participation to be managed directly online via smartphone.

Exhibitors can manage their stand, update data and request services such as set-ups, furnishings and catering directly from their exhibition space, while also being able to quickly contact Pordenone Fiere staff for assistance.
In addition, the CRM platform is able to automatically monitor waiting times, sending reminders and push notifications to keep exhibitors updated on the status of their requests. This application positions Pordenone Fiere at the forefront of the Italian trade fair scene, as there is currently no similar system of interaction between FAIR, VISITOR, EXHIBITOR and SERVICE.
As specified, the management of operations is controlled via the CRM used by Pordenone Fiere's managers (Administrators), who, via a dashboard, have full control over requests for action, services and necessary communications. All actions and notifications are therefore monitored in real time on the CRM dashboard.
