The 60th anniversary of Santalucia Mobili (by JME EVENTS)
To celebrate 60 years in business, Santalucia Mobili – Società Benefit organized an exclusive event entitled “La nostra storia è casa”.
It was an opportunity to remember and celebrate a journey marked by dedication, passion, and sincere relationships.
This celebration highlighted how these values are the true force behind the company's growth and success over time.
The management of invitations and event accreditation was entirely entrusted to JME EVENTS, MEDIASTUDIO's all-in-one platform, which provided fundamental support for the organization of the event.
Thanks to this innovative platform, the Santalucia team was able to coordinate every single phase with extreme ease and reliability, from the creation of the event (in multiple languages) and the sending of personalized invitations to each guest with the number of participants, to the arrival of the guests, who scanned the QR code of the digital invitation on Wallet at the reception desk, thus ensuring immediate entry.
Last but not least, at the reception desk, the application displayed the table for each guest in the app, guiding them directly to their reserved seat.
At the reception desk, operators were able to use the JME EVENTS app to:
• Quickly register attendance
• Consult the list of arrivals
• Escort guests to their tables
• Communicate internally with all Santalucia staff responsible for real-time notifications
• Immediate (scheduled) notifications and alerts for the arrival of specific guests
• Real-time reports of the entire event
• End-of-event statistics with data projections and participants (and non-participants) with tables/graphs
• Final thank-you messages sent automatically from the platform to all participants
These features made it possible to optimize every phase of the event, completely eliminating misunderstandings and keeping all steps and participant flows under control (number of entries and number of guests still missing), which are fundamental elements for the success of any event.
