ConneX Service: the App dedicated to the refit market
ConneX Service is an Android application, developed by MEDIASTUDIO, dedicated to the refit market. The configuration of the device is guided by a setup wizard that makes the initial configuration of the controller faster and more reliable. The application manages a programme archive and customer database, which automatically synchronise on the ATEX cloud. The cloud platform also makes remote assistance available for each connected device.
As far as connections are concerned, the device is able to generate its own wifi network for local connectivity to the ConneX Service and to be connected to the internet via routers at the same time.
The menu functions specifically:
- Based on the refrigerator class guides the configuration of the parameters.
- Sets the parameters of the wireless network.
- Draws graphs and generates a PDF file attached to the device configuration report.
- Reads configuration parameters and allows their modification.
- Shows the value of variables in real time.
- Collects device identification data; allows firmware updates and clears registration records.
- Summarises the operating status of the refrigeration unit, which can be shared via common social channels.
- Archives user-saved configuration programs.
- Collects all customer data.
