Music and Innovation at the 5th International Clarinet Festival “Portus Naonis” in the Heart of Pordenone

Music and Innovation at the 5th International Clarinet Festival “Portus Naonis” in the Heart of Pordenone

From 29 May to 1 June, Pordenone hosted the fifth edition of the International Clarinet Festival "Portus Naonis", transforming itself into a reference point for musicians, young promises and enthusiasts from Italy and abroad. Four days full of concerts, master classes and meetings enlivened the city, promoting cultural exchange and artistic growth.

One of the main innovations this year was the introduction of digital concert booking via the SiNota Eventi Cultura e Musica app, developed by MEDIASTUDIO. Available free of charge for iOS and Android devices, the app has made it easy and straightforward to consult the programme, find out about the artists, select your favourite events and book your place, offering a modern and personalised user experience.

The direction of the events was entrusted to the JME EVENTS platform, also created by MEDIASTUDIO, which optimised the sending of invitations, check-in and registration of participants.

The operators, thanks to customised access, were able to:
• Register admissions via QR code, accreditation search or manual entry
• Monitor room attendance in real time
• Manage internal communications quickly and securely

These tools made the organisation run even more smoothly, guaranteeing order and safety for all participants.

MEDIASTUDIO also handled all the festival's digital communication, managing the website and official social channels on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Through constant updates, emotions, behind-the-scenes stories and highlights of the event were shared, involving the public and conveying the passion that characterises the world of the clarinet.

The "Portus Naonis" International Clarinet Festival is much more than a simple music event: it is an immersive experience that highlights the rich cultural heritage of Pordenone, the city designated as the Italian Capital of Culture for 2027, thereby helping to strengthen and promote this prestigious recognition.
